El alojamiento está muy bien ubicado en el centro de Ávila. Te puedes mover a cualquier lugar andando. El personal muy amables todos. Las habitaciones muy limpias y las camas muy cómodas.

Por ponerle alguna pega el aparcamiento el hotel no tiene parking y al estar en el centro es complicado aparcar.

La ubicación. Y la amabilidad de personal

La calidad del desayuno y que cuando se nos rompió la tele , nos cambiaron de habitación a una igual que la que habíamos pagado que era mejor, más grande y mejor ubicada. No entiendo que no nos pusieran desde el principio y que no ofrezcan al cliente lo mejor para que vuelva. Es justo al revés. Dale valor para que vuelva! Y no nos dijeron que cobraban por la mascota hasta un minuto antes de irnos, está muy bien el importe (10€) pero me hubiera gustado saberlo y ya que cobran que pongan al menos una camita para ellos ; o unos cuencos para beber:
