Lieu magnifique, excellent accueil, emplacement idéal juste à côté de la cathédrale. Chambres confortables, salle de bain impeccable, excellent service, petit déjeuner excellent, varié, en abondance.

Habitación MUY mala, vista horrible, baño anticuado, mal olor, mando climatización cutre. Estaba lleno el hotel como para dar esa habitación? Era tan barata esta tarifa como para tener esa habitación? Íbamos varios amigos y a mi “me tocó “ la mala. Merece la pena arriesgar la imagen del hotel manteniendo esa habitación así?

The location is great in Avila. Its easy to walk around the whole town. We took pictures in the park. We walked to the Scarface Restaurant, which was excellent. The bed and room were very nice and comfy.

We could not get the water to get hot in the bathtub. There was a very nice, huge bathtub, but we could not get the hot water to come out, so I took a lukewarm bath. The breakfast was good.
