Food in the restaurant was good. Room size was big

The room was too hot and humid in May and the staff couldn't lower the room temperature despite requesting it multiple times throughout the night. It was impossible to sleep for the adults and kids and the windows were locked shut too. The most uncomfortable night we've ever had in a hotel and not something we expected from a Hilton.

We loved to warm cookies we were given on arrival plus we we upgraded to a twin suite.

Having to pay for parking, although it was only £3, it feels a bit unnecessary
