"Все було Супер, номер с видом на море топ с баолконом."

при выезде допустили ошибку и хотели ужержать с карты на 800 евро больше, чем было необходимо. За ошибку просто извинились, когда сказал что у нас все было оплачено заранее и такой суммы быть не может. также учитывайте, пляж небольшой с камнями под водой, нужна специальная обувь, солнце на этом пляже до 14-14-30 часов где-то, после этого на пляже нет никого!!! Завтракі очень простие для такого уровня отеля, і однообразные.

"A bucket list experience"

Great restaurants. Fantastic vistas. Beautiful private beach but you need water shoes because very rocky. Beautiful pool. Very good gym. Excellent breakfast. Very convenient shuttle service to Taormina from hotel . Excellent concierge service. Excellent room service. Just an all around wonderful relaxing experience. Only negative was the presence of cigarette butts on the rocks which lead to the swimming platform on the bay

Need to clean up the rocks below the staircase leading to the hotel’s swimming area on the bay. But a lot of the blame lies with the smokers who frequent the hotel.

The rooms and pool area are incredible. Unfortunately, the service did not live up to the standard of the property. Upon checkout, I was mistakenly charged an additional €1,080. While I appreciate that the hotel identified the error themselves and contacted me about it, the issue remains unresolved. It has now been over two weeks, the money has still not been returned to my account, and my follow-up messages are no longer being answered. Mistakes can happen, but the lack of communication and the delay in resolving such a significant overcharge have seriously impacted my overall impression of the hotel.
