"Poor customer service"

Not a lot

I had an issue with the WiFi, I was there for work and I needed it. I called several time about how poor it was and I got an “nothing we can do”. Then emailed after I left several times to complain and I was told WiFi was complimentary and more or less not to complain. If you need to work and that requires WiFi avoid this hotel.
