Juices and coffee were very watered down. Powdered eggs that didn’t taste good. Room floor was dirty. Dog fee was higher than what was quoted over the phone.

Stopped in for the night on a roadtrip - nearby location to highway on ramp made it convenient. Great service but the hotel room was average and the cleanliness was less than average

Breakfasts were excellent

I didn't have service on day 2 due to a misunderstanding I guess but I picked up fresh towels at the desk. It was too far from Miami University. We went there for graduation. An hour each way each day.

"$150 hold absolutely inexcusable "

Our stay was fine. But as I was checking in, I was informed that a $150 hold would be placed on my card. It was late at night and we’d been traveling all day and I didn’t have the strength to argue about it. He told me it would be taken off immediately upon check out. NINE DAYS LATER the hold is gone. Absolutely inexcusable. The hotel blames the bank. The bank blames the hotel. $150 is completely unacceptable. We were there for ONE NIGHT! Not a week. I will be avoiding Comfort Inn and telling others to as well.

"Good Value"

Close to Interstate, moderate pricing, clean room and friendly staff.

The fitted sheets did not fit correctly and I move when I sleep... woke up several times on the mattress pad.
