I loved the location, staff was really friendly, and the rooms where really clean... The bad thing was the pool was freezing cold.. other then that it was awesome

Location

The environment was dirty. The room was falling apart. The carpet was coming up. Windows were moldy and falling apart. There was a power cord being used for the refrigerator. Bathroom had tape holding up the mirror. The light switch for the entry area was hidden behind the bed frames and had a hole cut out of it. Breakfast. Nothing was refreshed. No eggs or sausage available at 8 am. We had to go off site to get food. We checked out early do to this.

The breakfast was terrible, and poorly kept up with constantly out of items. Food made me ill several times, beds felt smaller then the actual size posted, ac barely worked.

"Terrible Experience"

I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the condition of the property during my recent stay. Unfortunately, the cleanliness and overall state of the accommodations did not meet acceptable standards. We encountered roaches, safety concerns, and a bathroom that appeared not to have been cleaned in weeks. Additionally, the towels and linens were dingy, torn, and uninviting. Due to these issues, my family was unable to enjoy our stay, and we felt uncomfortable enough to check out a day early. We also chose not to partake in the provided breakfast due to concerns about cleanliness. Given the disruption, dissatisfaction, and financial loss caused by this experience, I am respectfully requesting a full refund for the stay.
