Room was dirty then pull out bed was broken and stained. Staff laughed when i told them about the bed being broken for my kid to use.

we stay here at least twice a year, and it has really gone down, we saw a roach go under the mat on the table where the tv sits, and another roach go behind a picture on the wall, no towels were in the room, a half roll toilet paper . I purchased two rooms, one for my sister, the air conditioner didn’t work in her room, the walls had brown spots on them!

"Don't waste your time or money. This place is nasty"

It was gross. Room smelled of mold so hubby cleaned ac filter to try to make it better . Stains on bed sheets asked for new sheets but was only given a gross blanket. TV wasn't working at all. Dirty sticky furniture with hairs on it. We checked out 1.5 hours after check in and got refund and stayed somewhere else. ( Most of that time we had went to dinner with hopes of TV working when we got back)

How close it was to kings dominion

They tried to charge me for iron that was already missing. The couch bed had springs sticking out of the mattress. It had pee stains and had to ask for sheet and cover for the couch bed.
