Perfect location to relax & refresh...Enjoyed the beach, massage & stay.. Only ocean noise. Staff service excellent.

Came by to taste Italian food at La Trattoria, head chef's also Italian, Khun Messy, ao you taste traditional Italian food. Pizza, pasta amd other plates all tasty. Not to mention excellent service from Khun Est., very professional, kind and her performance is beyond what I expected. Thanks again for wonderful experience, such an amazing sunset view. Highly recommended.

This is the original Thailand feeling, welcoming , warm, simple yet adorable, beautiful original architecture and location Nice comfortable rooms, efficient, clean. Great service, staff works really hard to make every moment of our stay pleasant. Please stay as you are!

During my few days here at Dusit Thani in Phuket I took several of the exercise class they offered. My instructor KANOKWAN was fantastic!! Kanokwan knew what she was doing; the intensity level was challenging but not grueling, her communication (and English) throughout the sessions was perfect. She is a wonderful instructor at a nice facility!

Stayed here with my wife for two nights to participate in Laguna Phuket Triathlon. Excellent location right on Bangtao Beach, but the hotel is starting to feel a bit dated and in need of a major facelift. I have stayed here twice before more than twice before and it used to be better.

The best resort in Phuket. Great location, very close to shops and restaurants. Very close to markets and Main Street in Laguna. Nice clean room and the very best customer service. The staff are the best in Phuket.

Initially stayed in a deluxe sea view room, the room was okay but not even a partial sea view, all we could see was a fence. A member of the management team asked us how we were enjoying our holiday on our 3rd breakfast and we mentioned the lack of sea view, we didn’t complain about it but were offered an upgrade to a much nicer club room that day. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was good. We had breakfast every day and ate at the Thai restaurant once and the BBQ once, both were excellent. The hotel is about an easy 20 minutes walk from other restaurants. Lots of space and places to sit on the beach and in the grounds. If you don’t mind larger hotels and a bit of a walk to get anything else this is a good place to pick.

We stayed at Dusit Thani Phuket in late October and really enjoyed our time. Here are a few notes that might be helpful: Beach Beautiful wide sandy beach with natural shade from the trees. In late October there were still days with stronger waves. I personally liked it, but if you’re traveling with small kids or prefer calm water, November might be more suitable. Villa We stayed in a villa. The hotel itself isn’t new, but it’s very well maintained. The villa felt private and relaxing, with a small pool. Nice touches like soft robes, slippers, Nespresso and good amenities made the stay comfortable. Breakfast Breakfast was great - lots of fresh fruit, pastries, eggs made to order, Thai dishes, etc. Everything was tasty, with plenty of variety. Spa Visited the spa twice (scrub + massage). Very calm atmosphere and both treatments were excellent. Morning activities The hotel offers morning stretching/pilates (included) and yoga (extra). The outdoor stretching to the sound of the ocean was a highlight. Special thanks to Kanokwan - her class was wonderful. There was also a male instructor on another day - I didn’t catch his name, but his session was great as well. These classes made the mornings really special. Afternoon Tea Loved the daily afternoon tea at 3 PM - fruit, small desserts, coffee or tea. A very thoughtful touch. Staff The staff were consistently warm, friendly, and attentive. Requests were handled quickly, without reminders. Special thanks to the staff member at the towel stand who helped with first aid - we really appreciated it. Service here truly stands out. Location Located in the Laguna area - quiet, green, and pleasant for walking. We enjoyed morning runs around the lagoon, the free water shuttle, and there are some nice restaurants nearby if you want options outside the hotel. Overall We were very happy with our stay. I usually like exploring new places, but Dusit Thani Phuket is a hotel I would gladly return to, and I would recommend it to friends.

Dusit Thani Laguna Phuket was beautiful. We had an oceanfront room and loved it. The beach and pool were nice. It is a short walk on the beach to some fun beach bar/restaurants.

The staff were outstanding in every department. Friendly and very efficient. I think the room was looking a bit tired. The A/C was old and could do with updating and the TV definitely needs an update so that things like a Netflix are available.
