The airport shuttle and the drivers were nice

Lack of an option to use stairs to and from the room. Beds way too soft and no option to select a room with a firm bed. No microwave in the room. A/C made lots of noise but no cool air

"Nice but charge for parking and no fridge"

Super nice hotel but disappointed to find out they charged $12 for parking. Also no fridge. We were more satisfied at a Days Inn in Kearny the following night.
