Staff was great. Had issues with the door and not wanting to open. The rooms aren’t the cleanest, which I was let down because everyone always talk great things about it. It was my first time staying here and I wasn’t impressed unfortunately.
Bathroom was clean; however, some of the furniture ledges and behind TV/lamps were dusty. Older hotel but in pretty good shape.
Paid for a pool side room and did not get that. Also did not get a discount for the lesser room. The room was dusty and smelly. The filter in the AC was packed with dust and also had a dryer sheet in it. I assume was an attempt to make the room not smell as bad. Fixtures were also falling off the wall in the bathroom. When asked about why our room wasn’t poolside they responded with their rooms were down for electrical but the very next person got a poolside room
Staff was all very nice. Hotel is a bit older but it served its purpose. We would return.
Free breakfast was good. Staff was super great. Pool was fun for my little ones. The hotel was a little run down but still nice. Booked it for the pool for my kiddos and that was awesome, plus it was open til 10 which was nice!
