It was a wonderful experience!!! All the staff was so nice and friendly. The room was clean and breakfast was delicious. We look forward to coming back one day!
We had a pet. Got put into the “pet approved room” which I get. But the first room we went into smell like we walked into an animal shelter. The smell of dirty wet dog was so pungent. There was animal hair all over the bed. We called and asked for a different room, the front desk person very politely got us into the next room over right away. We then walked in the new room and the floor was disgusting! Dried pee spots all over. We have small kids, we had to make sure that they were not on the floor at all because it was so filthy, definitely had to wear shoes everywhere. I took pictures before we went in to make sure we did not get charged for this. I saw a housekeeper in the morning going to look at the first room we were in and I let her know about the pee spots on the floor. Her response was, “yeah, it’s a dog room.” No excuses. I have never stayed in a place with our dogs that we got put into filthy rooms. Gross.

They charge 20 pet fee per pet but the room had pee stains and smelled like dog pee. Also theblightbin thr bathroom flickered all the time.
The hotel should be torn down and replaced. It’s disgusting.
The toilet in room 306 flushes, but not completely. The tub drains very slowly.
Outdated and old. Fast check-in. Fairly clean. Loud and old AC. Overall ok for overnight stay but will not stay again.
Convenient, clean and CPR shuttle is awesome!
