nice place to stay
Customer service was great, rooms were clean and both the bar and restaurant food was great. The hotel was a little dated but it added to the charm.
Cool place
Not great, hotel is old and smells of old. Showed up and it took a while for them to find my reservation, not a huge deal just a little frustrating. The gentlemen helping me was pleasant though. Went down to the bar to get a drink, sat down, had 2 waitresses walk past several times without even acknowledging me. I am patient so I waited another 5 minutes, and no hi I will be right with or sorry I am busy I will be with you as soon as I can. Got up and left after that. Wouldn't recommend, several other nicer place to stay in Casper that are the same price.

Overwhelming chlorine smell in lobby from pool. Facility is old but clean, check-in guy didn’t look up or say hello… however laundry room was nice…
Aside from some minor things that need to be maintained, this was a nice hotel. Our room had some spots on the bed frame and bathroom vanity where it looked like paint had splattered. But our room was clean and the bathroom was decent. Our 2 children LOVED the pool area, which was why i booked this hotel specifically. There were a lot of options at breakfast for food. Dining at night there were to on campus options, along with restaurants nearby. We would likely stay here again.
Not so good, very noisy could hear doors slamming until after midnight then started up again at 6am. Room was dirty, bedding was stained
