Personnel accueillant. De pouvoir déposer nos bagages plusieurs heures avant d’avoir la chambre. Le plateau de courtoisie.

Propreté limite. Surtout dans les coins de la salle de bain.

"Disappointing room but the location still works for me."

Good location, friendly Scottish staff. I think it is lovely to be served by locals.

Big piece is wall paper missing from the wall. Lights in the bathroom kept going off and the on. At one stage I was showering in complete darkness. I did tell reception but it didn’t get fixed. My room was not made up after day 1. Lid on the peddle bid was balanced on top of the bin. I have stayed at the leonardo many times even from when it was called the ponds. The state of the room was the worst I have experienced.
