Leonardo Inn Glasgow West End

Not a lot.

Room not very clean, very drab. Shower did not work well. Door wouldn't open. Have stayed in other Leonardo hotels this one was poor in comparison.

The staff were lovely, really welcoming and helpful. The beds were clean. Not too far to the train station.

There was still bathroom rubbish from the previous guests left in the bin, the wallpaper had been peeled off, iron marks on the floor, beds and pillows very hard (that would possibly be a positive if you like harder beds). The room felt dingy, but at least the beds were clean.

Staff were rude and had no clue what they were doing well when tou could find staff member Lack off choice off drinks Food is unedible Decided to pay for breakfast while there and they then tried to refuse us breakfast saying we hadn't paid eventually got breakfast and the only nice part was the toast
