"Nur-zur-Not-Übernachtungsgelegenheit in Glasgow"

Abgewohntes Hotel ohne jeden Flair. Dafür viel zu teuer. Personal mäßig bemüht, ohne Herzlichkeit. Einziger Lichtblick ist das gute Frühstückbuffet.

"Exceptional"

Jessica went above and beyond for my partner and I. Nothing was too big or small! Would definitely recommend to friends and family. Scott and Chloe was 10/10 too, we felt right at home. I missed home but these 3 definitely made being away much easier, class bunch of folk.

"Average and a little expensive"

Location for Glasgow's westend was good. Large carpark.

The was an issue with the hot water system which randomly produced scalding water without warning, either when showering or washing your hands. This matter was raised with hotel staff, so hopefully it'll be addressed soon. The hotel could do with a freshen up as some of the public areas were tired looking; worn paint, marks on the carpets etc.

Good location, value for money price, easy check in 2am, friendly staff (reception, Housekeeping), reasonable parking charge for the West End

Overall still good hotel, stayed several times now and will be back. Some of the rooms could do with refurb, mattresses showing age and decor feels tired.

Camera adeguata per essere un hotel. Bagno con doccia ricavata da una vasca. Struttura pulita

La porta della camera era evidentemente rotta (avevamo difficoltà ad aprire con la chiave/carta/. Siamo stati una sola notte quindi non ce ne siamo preoccupati più di tanto

"Great experience, great food in restaurant."

Location was great, close walk to the Botanic Gardens. We had great staff like Scott during the night of our stay and Robbie in the morning and the beautiful female staff member on at night with Scottie, she was lovely. Restaurant had beautiful food.

"Adequate as only used a bed for the night"

Location in West End Staff very friendly and helpful

I felt the hotel was very tired and long overdue for a revamp! eg no USB points for charging mobiles, poor quality showers, bathroom grouting in a poor state, wall light fixings skewed, I also suspect its also being used as a B&B hostel for asylum seekers although no issues experienced but not what you expect when paying £100+ per night
