Leonardo Inn Glasgow West End

Staff very friendly and helpful, could not fault them at all. Food good.

Broken shower, tv didnt work, broken chair, broken hair dryer, noisy adjoining door. Stairwell litter. Most of these things reported, TV got fixed and given a spare hairdryer. I've been going to this hotel every year for over 20 years and the standard has dropped. Even as you approach the hotel, the handrail up the steps is loose and shaky.

Liked · The guy at breakfast was cheerful unlike his colleagues.

Disliked · On the first morning we realised that the soap dispenser was empty as was the shampoo dispenser. There was 1 glass in the room for the 2 of us to share. We left out their pink sign at 9.30 am each morning saying we wished the room to be serviced on 2 consecutive days. The room was not serviced on either day and we needed to refresh coffee, milk and we needed fresh bath towels etc

Front staff were welcoming and very friendly. Great location, comfy bed, lots of hot water and close to M&S store for snacks! Good TV too.

No phone plugs beside bed for an alarm. Iron burn on carpet and bleak exterior.

Určitě oceňuji vynikající snídani. Plán byl pouze jedna noc, naokonec 2 noci. Maximální spokojenost.

Breakfast was ok

Possibly the most scruffy hotel I have stayed in since the last time I was there 15 years ago when it was the Pond Hotel. I cannot believe that Leonardo consider this hotel to be up to the standard of the brand. To pay £130 for a nights stay was quite frankly ridiculous.
