Breakfast was good, good selection

I had 14 rooms booked for my group, staff wasnt helpful at all in putting down the names or room sizes, very confusing, when i asked they werent helpful and i was shouted at by the reception staff in front of all my group as a woman i felt very intimidated

Good free parking for buses to city. Near where we visited friends. Good breakfast, did not try other food.

Needs upgrading fixtures,decoration, fittings. Shower had bursts of very hot water and poor spray. Only 5 TV channels. A problem reported twice was not resolved. After travelling Scotland the price for accommodation was not good value. Generally felt dirty. Standard double room had bed 1.20 (small double) not 1.35m(standard double) with a duvet Super King size!

Dated room Light coming through the door at night Curtains falling off the track and light coming through Hot water supplies not balanced and scalding hot water coming through the shower Door key kept failing and staff had trouble getting the door card to take at reception - a couple of time staff had to let me in Room over looked the service area - bin collection / delivery at 430/5am waking me up
