Room OK. Good West End location.

Bar seems to close earlier each time I visit!!

On our return to this hotel we didn't think things could be worse than our last visit a few days earlier. We were wrong. We pre booked a while back a for a room with a king size bed and we prepaid for this room in advance We were given a small family room with a standard double bed and bunk beds ! When you select and pre pay for a room on Booking .Com you expect it to be available on your arrival. We entered a lottery and lost instead. The hotel was full, someone else had been allocated our room. We had to wail until the following day for remedial action ! Wallpaper was torn and hanging off the wall. Bathroom was not particularly clean. The worse thing however was that a previous occupant had used the kettle to boil up food. It still had remains in it and stunk. The replacement kettle did not work ! You do not have to be a triple genius to work out how dissatisfied we were.
