One only issue very bad service and bad attitude from a waitress on last night shift, the blond hair one. She must be trained to serve clients and leave personal problems at home.
Hotel was far from Bonn better have a car. Staff was just ok. Tried to get some ice from the bar and they told me they were out.
We were just there for 1 night during a stop on a longer travel but it was the best price/quality we encountered. Don't expect an extraordinary luxurious stay but very friendly and helpful staff in a pleasant environment.
Very nice hotel. Good staff. It was be very good if in room will be sleepers and bath robe. Very comfortable that it was anything for tee-coffee.

Stayed here for two nights on a weekend when we went to the Nurburgring for the WEC. Was a pleasent hotel, close to the motorway but quiet so perfect for us. No minibar which could have been useful. Hotel offered complimentary coffee/tea in the morning. There is an outside pool as well. Free and big parking
one night stay on route back to UK. Convenient stop off. Good food & service, and child friendly. hotel a little worn not the usual high Mercure standard, but would use again.
Group of 6 stayed here. Spacious clean rooms with television and good showers. Local area is lovely and it's also not too far from the Nurburgring. Plenty of parking available. Would definitely stay again
