Good for a one night stop over, typical suburban business hotel. Restaurant was excellent.
Really nice hotel. Lots of free parking and excellent wifi. Clean, up to date room and bathroom. Great breakfast. Small town of Duisdorf is 5 minutes drive or 15 minute walk for great restaurants.
Great staff in Resturant
Not near the centre of town, but good transport links. Clean business hotel. Walking distance to the Telekom Dome where the hotel also offers a discount on gym membership for EUR 15 per day. Supermarkets, Burger King and local drinking hole nearby, all else requires car / bus / taxi journey.
Seriously great service and very friendly staff. Food was still available at half ten in the evening together with a good selection of wines. My room was quiet from outside noise despite the nearby motorway but one could hear the neighbouring rooms. Also the bathroom could do with an update.
Really enjoyed our stay at the Mercure and Germany as a whole. The food at the Hotel was excellent, we experienced all of the facilities, breakfast, Restaurant and Bar with all proving exceptional. We went to Linz, Cologne, Bonn and enjoyed every minute in all these cities, impressed with the social welcome from all the shops we visited. Slightly unnerved by the requests from beggars for money (5 times in Bonn in 2 hours). On the whole we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Germany. One strange thing - the Koln-Dusseldorfer River Boat trip doesn't go to Dusseldorf ? Very strange/funny.
It's clean with a little wear around the edges. Everything works - like many hotels in Europe could use coffee facilities in the room. Excellent value for the money, friendly and competent staff, but no character and it's really for an overnight (or maybe two nights) stay, not a vacation. Since that's what I wanted, I was quite happy at the price and would do so again.
Nothing close by but it's only 25 mins drive to Cologne. Area is quite and the hotel is clean. Nothing to clean about except the shower is not so strong. Price is good hence will definitely stay again.
Hotel very clean and very pleasant to stay in. Would recommend hotel but Bonn not a place for tourism in my opinion. Apart from that the hotel was a very nice place to stay!
The hotel was very clean, the staff where polite and helpful. The only downside was the resturnat that was quite pricey.
