Best Western Horizon Inn

Spacious and clean room. The mini-fridge is on the small side, so it wouldn't work well for us in the future if we were traveling with a very large amount of food; but we did manage to store quite a bit of food in it nevertheless. [I have a special diet, so preparing my meals is often easier than finding restaurants that will work.

I liked this BW - location was perfect and the staff great. I would recommend the suite as it is way more spacious than the regular rooms. That said the regular rooms are larger than the average hotel/motel room. They do need to upgrade their lamps to include phone chargers- especially the lamps in the desk. And please make sure your desk chairs are not broken. The “adjuster” level on my chair was broken which made it difficult for me to work while sitting on the desk. I ended up using my laptop on my bed.

It was clean comfortable and quite spacey. We stayed at the Ramada going to our destination and they downgraded us to a queen room because supposedly there was a walk-in shower. Well there was handicapped but not walk-in but they didn’t give us the king but I paid for it. Everything that best western said they had they did have. The breakfast was hat at bountiful, although the fruit could have been better. The room was a little pricey which bothered my husband but that was minor in the grand scheme of things. I guarantee that when we make this trip again, that is where we will stay

The fresh fruit was a little less desirable and for my husband he was a little cringy at the price.

The pictures of the rooms on the website are not accurate. They show rooms to seem newer than they are, the toilet was leaking all night.

The woman at the front desk was great. The breakfast was also really good.

There was a ton of noise. From the toilet randomly running to people outside of our room in the middle of the night.

The rooms are very nice and clean

Nice spacious room and friendly and hospitable staff. Stay here and don’t stay at the Clarion down the street.
