"We have stayed there for years but we're saddened that it is so run down now"

Tammy at the Front desk was absolutely great! Amazing attitude and great sense of humor! Loved her personality. Made sure we had a room close to the pool for our son! The pool was perfect temp for the hot 90s for weather. Hot tub was down for maintenance but that didn't bug us since it was so hot. The maintenance man or a housekeeper(not sure) was amazing and brought us extra towels after working his rounds for multiple other rooms, after 9:00 PM.

The room we were in had another room joined to it but with a locked door. We could hear everything they were doing from eating, talking, to using the microwave in the room connected. So it was hard to sleep. Finally was able to sleep around midnight. So it was rough after driving 4 hours.
