Shortly about hotel: Tino is the best guy! Funny, friendly and vey helpfull!all services is so beatiful!. Delicious dishes! We will get back in next vacation time!

Our 3rd visit here and more than likely to return. Good value for money and always have the best stays.

I will be there in July. This will be my fourth trip there with my family and I cant fault that place. Staffs are amazing; very patient and always positive. Entertainment for the kids and parents is always great. Yeah it is not a Celine Dion concert or a Disney show but not once have i ever went back to my room and been disappointed by the entertainment. The pools are great, mini bar is excellent and the staffs are always good with kids which for me is the most important. I know us adults are the guests but you really see the quality of the Hotel when they deal with kids(kids are the most demanding customers) and my 2 kids are always happy. As for the food, yes it is not a Michelin restaurant with 3 stars but never have i went for a meal and didnt find anything to please my palet. and lastly, big shout to the cleaning crew who make the stay in that hotel a bliss also as it is always super clean. thanks and see you on the 10/07!

Precisava de manutenção em algumas áreas. O quarto podia estar mais limpo, tivemos alguns incidentes com baratas 😞

Overall for the price it was fine, but I don't think we'd return. Location is great, pools were nice and warm and the room was fine. Housekeeping really good. However, the food hugely lets it down. We aren't fussy and wasn't expecting anything fancy, but there's small things that just were very poor. For instance at breakfast the only jam available was sachets of 'diet' jam that was absolutely vile. How much does it cost to just provide some cheap real jam? The sausages were absolute mush and totally inedible. Evening meal was ok. It filled a hole but wasn't anything to look forward to. One thing to note is that inflatables are not allowed in the pools except rings. I understand why they do this but wish I'd known in advance as my little boy was upset we couldn't use the inflatables we'd bought with us. Maybe they could allow them in the second pool that was usually a lot quieter. Next time would pay a little more and stay somewhere else.

Ne-a placut totul! Este a doua oara cand venim in acest hotel! Prima data am venit in 2008 in luna de miere si ne-a placut mult! Am ales optiunea all inclusive si a fost totul foarte bine! Multumim tuturor ospatarilor in special lui Tino,Simona,Antonio dar si celorlalti! Au fist seri tematice in fiecare zi a saptamanii la cina! Multumim si animatorilor pentru copii Michele si Michael ! In fiecare seara au fist si spectacole foarte dragute dupa cina!

L’emplacement proche du centre e de plages, le restaurant une bonne qualité et un bon choix des menu ,et des belle piscine.

La difficulté principale était dans la communication car le personnel parle uniquement anglais espagnol et voir allemand. moi je suis bilingue italien français, et j’ai eu beaucoup de difficulté pour me faire comprendre. Dans la chambre, il y avait des lacunes comme la télé qui ne marchait pas les coffres forts qui ne fonctionnait ainsi que des meubles défectueux. La chambre elle-même donnée sur les quais des livraisons et des containers à vue et y avait du bruit le matin tôt lors des livraisons et quand les ouvriers commencer à travailler.
