Best hotel you can find. Extremely friendly staff especially Claudia, Alexis and Ramon. Highly recommend *****

​We are currently halfway through a 7-day holiday, and once again, this hotel does not disappoint. This is our 5th time staying here, and it remains our absolute go-to. The hotel itself is always clean, tidy, and situated in a really great location, but what truly sets it apart is the team. The staff are so polite and consistently go out of their way to interact with our two boys, making us feel incredibly welcome as a family. ​We want to give a special mention to Ramon at the pool bar, who is absolutely brilliant, always helpful, and brings a great sense of humor to the bar. Also, a huge thanks to Andreas the lifeguard, who is super friendly and fantastic with the kids, always making an effort to say hello and give our boys thumbs ups and high fives. Thank you to the whole team for another fantastic stay so far—we already can't wait to come back for visit number six!

Great location is las Americas. Very friendly staff and a great half board deal

Beds in room need upgrading as very uncomfortable.
