Mango Bay All Inclusive

A perfect place to relax, unfortunately there is building work taking place next door which is out of the hotel’s control. We had four nights there and that was just right, anything longer for us would have been too long. All the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful with the exception of the water sports team who appeared to go out of their way to be unhelpful and surly. They acted like they were doing you a favour when most of the time they were not. The captain was the only decision maker and he was hardly ever there. The Sunday night karaoke at TML One Love just outside the hotel is such good fun. Wear comfy shoes because you’ll probably be standing al night. Book the free catamaran trip with the hotel, you will see turtles, and the serve rum punch. Have fun.

We have recently returned from a 9 day stay at Mango Bay hotel and we absolutely loved it from start to finish. The Hotel is located on a great location in Holetown within easy reach of bars, restaurants, supermarkets and shops. The pool area is great and you can always get a sunbed, the beach is amazing and you can get a sunbed but some guests put their towels down early which makes others follow so you don’t miss out on the good spots on the beach. The restaurant is great we found the food to be of a good standard and there was plenty of choice, also the menu changes from a la carte to buffet and they also have a grill on most days along with snacks etc. we stayed in condo 5 which was amazing for me, my wife and daughter, the condo had 2 big rooms along with a beautiful outdoor space with a table and 4 chairs, we also had loads of storage and a decent size bathroom. The staff at Mango Bay are amazing and I mean all staff, they all work extremely hard from the amazing front of house staff, restaurant staff, housekeeping and the bar staff are also amazing, the Bajan people are so friendly and make you feel extremely welcome. I want to give a special mention to Dale and Naomi who really went the extra mile to accommodate us on our special day and for providing me and my family with a special gazebo meal which was amazing, me and wife booked Mango Bay to renew our wedding vows after 10 years and our chosen gazebo location unfortunately had to have a few running repairs and was not available on the day but Dale and Naomi sorted the other other gazebo and they made our special day extra special, thank you 🙏. We also did the complimentary caterman which again was great, it stopped at the beach right in front of the Loan Star Restaurant Which had crystal clear waters and fine white sand, we also ate at the Loan star on the night of our wedding vows and it was fantastic, anyway back to Mango Bay Hotel, I can’t fault it at all, yes there is a hotel been built close by but you hardly notice the noise but it’s outside of Mango Bays control. I can’t name all to staff but I want to give a massive shout out to both Rayden and Damien who are constantly working extremely hard to serve drinks both at the bar and taking drinks orders by the pool and and beach, we had a lot of interaction with both and they are first class lads and who make you laugh and smile everyday, Damien you are crazy in the best possible way 😂 and Rayden you are a gentleman. I wouldn’t hesitate in going back to Mango Bay, thank you again to all the staff 😀

Just back after a week at Mango Bay and would probably rate a 3.5 but that option not available . Great location , spotless rooms and lovely staff in the dining/drinks area . Let down by the food , entertainment and shocking customer service from the water sports team which is a shame as most people spend the majority of their holiday on the beach.

Beautiful location & amazing staff! We had an amazing 14 nights here, hotel very clean & tidy. We stayed in one of the ocean view rooms, loads of space, storage and lovely comfy bed, decor and bathroom a little tired, but didn’t ruin our stay one bit. We had read reviews before coming regarding food quality and the building works, but absolutely no worries at all. Firstly the food, we never had the same meal twice, all the food was lovely! We took the opportunity to eat from the a la cart menus, and not only was the food delicious it was perfect portion sizes. The days that the meals were buffet style, again the food was delicious and there was plenty of choice. If you’re looking for massive buffet style then this is not the place for you. Secondly the building works, whilst we were here they completed 1 floor and were forming the second floor (think it was around 4 floors when we left) to be honest we didn’t really notice too much noise and not enough to ruin our holiday (not as noisy as the whistling frogs 😂) you tended to hear more when removing scaffolding or pouring the concrete. We had some brilliant trips out, can’t recommend Daren enough! He collected us from the airport and then was kind enough to take us out for the day exploring this beautiful island. Tre took us to St Nicholas Abbey and gave us a mini tour of the way too. And finally, what can I say about ‘Mark the Shark’ absolutely amazing, our swimming with turtles was a massive tick off our bucket list! Can’t thank him enough. Lastly, we found ALL of the staff to be friendly, helpful and blooming lovely, a special shout out to Isabelle who goes out of her way to check in with you, Ronald (guest services), Damien, Rayden, Anderson, Faith, Cl-Ann, Maxine, Annetta P & Donnell. Without you all our holiday wouldn’t have been the same 🩵🩷

Location, meals and location were fantastic but everything was perfect

Second time here and it did not disappoint. Rooms are a little dated but clean and lovely big comfortable bed. The staff are absolutely lovely! The only reason I can think of if people complain about them is that they don't treat them with the respect they deserve and they obviously react accordingly. The food was gorgeous! A la carte most nights or buffet, same for lunch. Again can't think why people complain unless they are after piling their plates high with everything they can only to waste it. It's not that sort of dining. The beach is beautiful, very clear, shallow water with plenty of sun beds and lovely walks both ways. Rayden and Damien are always on hand to bring drinks from the bar. We didn't use the pool but it looked ok. We hired a car for a couple of days to get around the island which was lovely. Can't wait to return!

The staff were excellent. However, they only have 1 restaurant. The food they served for dinner was very small. And they only served hamburgers and hotdogs for lunch. We did not take advantage of the all inclusive options for lunch and dinner. I recommend going to a different restaurant for dinner. Shower needs to be updated.

Liked the smaller size of the hotel. Staff was exceptional. Great stay for us.

We have just arrived back from 10 days at Mango Bay, it was perfect! Couldn’t fault the service and friendliness of the staff, the delicious food (great variety buffet breakfast), lunches (plus beach BBQ 2-3 times a week and snack menu including pizzas and other bits to order off) and dinners (mix of buffets and sit down meals), lots of fresh local cuisine. Mango Bay is located perfectly for exploring the island, with a yellow bus stop right outside (you could hop on one of these to Speightstown or Bridgtown or Oistins, €3.50 BDS a trip and can be lively!). Our room was spotless and cleaned every day, we were in room 2 which is the separate building around the back of the restaurant. Lots of lovely toiletries and robes included too. We recommend using all the inclusive water sports like water skiing (we didn’t) and kayaking (excellent!) and we also paid for the Oistins Fish Fry excursion which was worth it for the guaranteed travel and stop at a nearby bar en route back. The rum tour trip was a little deceiving as we thought we were visiting the actual distillery and not the visitor centre (still had fun, but do check!) My (now) fiancé proposed on our 2nd night and wow the hotel were so lovely, they decorated our table with a personalised menu and left a bottle in our room. Felt truly spoilt! Thank you so much for a fabulous stay - we will definitely be back!!❤️

Great experience at Mango Bay hotel in a perfect location of Holetown! Everything from the great staff, service and resort itself was excellent. We had an ocean view room which was a great choice, everything was at high standard and things were very clean with housekeeping staff taking great care of everything. The buffet breakfast was perfect, food was fresh and a lot of selection. Dinner was also very good, nice selection on the menu and everything we had was delicious. We ate lunch off the resort a few days just because we’d by out exploring the area, there are a few beach bars if you get out walking the beach. Also a lot of eateries directly across the street from the hotel in the Limegrove Mall, which is a very nice trendy area to spend some time. The evening entertainment at the hotel was very good, talented singers all around. With the location of Mango Bay it’s just a few steps outside the resort to many bars if you want to venture out at night as well, Sunday night karaoke street party was fun! I would have to say this is a perfect area to stay in to experience Barbados, we will return to Mango Bay Holetown!
