Decent place to sleep

Parking lot needs to be paved and the street also

Room was dirty hot tub was broken. Bed was hard.

Overall positive experience. Rooms larger than most, with 2 sinks, one inside the bathroom and one outside. Breakfast area a bit congested, but adequate.

Great value. Clean room. HBO/MAX. Free breakfast. What more can you ask for?

Poor breakfast. Like the bed. Overall rating on a 1-5, with 5 being great it was a 2 or 3.

What breakfast. It was sh*tty. Went to breakfastt at 8:30. They had a toaster but no bread. The attendent was not there but showed up later. When asked if there was any more bread, he stated they didn't have any. No deliveries had been made. Then I asked why there was a toaster? He said there was not supposed to be a toaster there and proceeded to take it away. There were dry, small, blueberry muffins. I did not use the waffel maker but others did and they looked good. I tried get a coffee and when I put in the half& half, it was sour. I tried twice, same result. There was milk and I got the last cup from that batch. When I informed the attended that the H&H was sour he tried to say that was due to the H&H being cold and the coffee. I am a senior and have been using H&H for 50 years and know when it's sour! There were some fruit and cereal. Overall a poor response to a customer concern, attempting to deflect and deny any problem. So dissipointing. We have stayed here before but probably will not in the future and being Snowbirds, will be passing through here at least twice a year for the foreseeable future.
