The room was spacious and very clean. The bathroom was spotless. There were two sinks- one in the bathroom and the other in dressing room, very convenient.

Small but comfortable room. Certainly not luxurious, but everything worked properly and we had a convenient location to attend the Panguitch Valley Balloon Rally for my birthday getaway. Free breakfast with waffle maker, cereal, bread, muffins, juice & coffee. Check-in was very smooth, with no problems booking with my Expedia One Key credits. Appreciate that!

"Dirty, smelled and did not care."

It was down town.

It was dirty. The bathroom wasn’t cleaned. We had dirty towels, dirty lotion bottles(literally had dirt and rocks on it), the lotion and shampoo bottles were just thrown onto the sink countertop with hair everywhere. The bedding had stains and the whole room smelled like pee. There were dirty hand prints on the tissue box, water stains on the ceiling and when you opened and closed the bathroom door, pieces of the frame would fall off. When addressed they told me they would discount my room but they did not.

They’ve done their best to modernize the decor in this old room.

The soundproofing is bad. I could hear footsteps from the room upstairs at night. The coffee cups are very cheap! It is rare to see hotels still using this kind of low-quality cups.

Price was very affordable. Bed was comfortable. Room was larger than expected. It was quiet and clean. The only issue I had is there was no hot water in the shower! The sink had hot water, so I’m not sure what was going on with that. The breakfast was about what I expected for the price of the room. Muffins, bread, cereal and make your own waffles. Several restaurants within walking distance.
