Continental breakfast - good.

To start out, the bed sheets were dirty or stained (the staff came and brought new ones). The walls had multiple stains - in the bathroom next to trash can it looked like tobacco chew, in the bathroom between the mirror and sink, looks like flooring adhesive from the flooring glued up around the sink for a backsplash. Lastly, the tub walls had multiple stains including the orange mold. Overall effect poor maintenance.

The room was cheap.

I reserved handicapped rooms, but got normal rooms which I was fine with because we would be next to each other. When I got to the rooms I wasn't happy with it because the rooms had a big metal piece sticking up from the floor of the doorway . My dad is handicapped and I feared him tripping over it like I did. Beds only had a thin bedspread which wasn't enough due to a storm that went through and cooled it off. The coffee pit in my dad's room had mold in it. There were cob webs all over in my room. My room needed a good sweeping and mopping. There was mold around the window in the shower. The mold around the window should shut this room down for renovations. I have pictures of the moldy coffee pot, the cobwebs and the mold around the windows.

It was great for one night.

Loin de Bryce canyon Le prix des 2 chambres nous a été débité alors que la personne de l'accueil nous avait assuré qu'il demandait notre carte de crédit pour la caution uniquement et qu'il avait bien vu que les chambres avaient été payées via Booking. Après avoir tenté vainement et à maintes reprises de régler le problème avec l'hôtel nous nous sommes adressés à Booking dès notre retour en France il y a maintenant 2 semaines. Après 4 entretiens téléphoniques (et une attente conséquente à chaque fois) nous sommes toujours en attente de la régularisation. On est très déçus par le service après-vente de Booking et nous réfléchissons à ne plus passer par eux pour nous loger lors de nos voyages fréquents
