The washroom is dirty, bar soap has been used, bugs on the bed...

Well it was a basic hotel and there are some areas where it needs some more cleaning in the bathroom but overall it was good to stay had to turn the Tv on manually couldn’t use the remote to turn the volume up or down

Assolutamente non ci siamo!

Arrivati in camera abbiamo trovato un po’ di mosche e alla fine questo può capitare a chiunque. I problemi iniziano quando ispezionando la stanza troviamo tutte le superfici piene di polvere e le lenzuola e le federe dei letti macchiate in molti punti e con capelli di altre persone all’interno. Il peggio arriva adesso: dubitando dell’igiene degli asciugamani ne abbiamo chiesto un nuovo set pulito al ragazzo mentre faceva le pulizie in altre camere e lui li ha presi con le mani senza guanti (con le quali toccava sporcizia o prodotti di pulizia) da un mucchio buttato su una panca di pelle sporca all’esterno. Alla domanda “questi sono gli asciugamani puliti?” ha risposto di sì più volte. Abbiamo chiesto di essere rimborsati e di andare via, il manager era assente e il suo sostituto ha inizialmente detto che potevamo aspettare e ci avrebbero sistemato la stanza oppure essere rimborsati. Abbiamo scelto la seconda opzione e ovviamente poco dopo ci è stato detto che non era sicuro che fosse possibile e che il manager ci avrebbe contattato. Non abbiamo né sentito nessuno né ricevuto rimborsi. Evitare assolutamente!!!

Very dilapidated property. Our bathroom was surface clean but tub/shower tile grout was dirty. Tile was broken and looked to be super glued together. Open hole around shower stem. Shower curtain did not close. Shower spigot did not work properly. AC/heat unit mounted in the wall above sink was too high to reach with what looked like plaster hooped around it instead of framing it in. Paint job was ridiculous. Would have been better left like it was. A lazy person who didn’t care must’ve done it. Wi-Fi was soooo slow. Breakfast options were basic. The breakfast area consisted of a long portable folding table and folding chairs. Milk was in a gallon jug that everyone handled. However, the front desk clerk did come to our room to fix the TV.

The toilet had a black circle mold (That was first what I saw), I had to called front desk to come to clean. Shower wall has cracked tiles with mold.When we get on bed to sleep,my body started feeling bugs running on me. My wife started scratching her skin. Sorry to tell the true but I wouldn't recommend this hotel to stay. Its cheap but need to be cleaned and improve bathroom condition.AC was hard to understand to set it up.

I liked parking right outside my room.

The breakfast could be better.
