Ground floor request was granted. End room, closest to parking lot. Access was from outdoors walkway. Quiet. Gas & food establishments next door.

Comfortable beds.

Even though the beds were comfortable They could have been a little newer.

Honestly, I've never stayed at a Best Western property before. Willcox didn't have a lot to choose from since the Wine festival basically booked everything up. I was pleasantly surprised at how clean the room was. Room was nice. Free breakfast in the morning was a hot breakfast. Staff was super nice. My only complaint was we stayed in May and it stated the pool was open May-Sept, and when I went down to the pool the gates were locked. Other than that, great place to stay.

This hotel was perfect for a nights sleep after traveling all day! Fast and friendly check in, great price, VERY comfortable beds! I normally have trouble falling asleep when traveling, I was out cold within minutes of my head hitting the pillow! Great location right off I-10.

While traveling we stay at Best Westerns as often as possible. In the past year we have stayed at Sure Stay Brand twice and will never again. Stayed for 1 night and first room’s shower did not work. We were given another room promptly. The second room only had a quarter roll of toilet paper, trash in both cans, holes in sheets. It was late and we were hungry so didn’t complain and just dealt with it. The front desk assistant was friendly and helpful however the housekeeping staff needs to be retrained.

Room was clean and had been sanitized according to the label on the door. It was a little loud at night from being across the road but the beds were very comfortable so I didn’t have trouble sleeping.

The hotel is a little older. The room was in order and very clean. The carpet was darker but would be impossible to keep really clean as you enter and exit the room directly from the outside. The bed in 125 was a little soft for us, but we slept well. Very accommodating employees. Pleasant stay
