phone in room was not hooked up and two men banged hard in my door and at least the door next to me asking if room was in use. I called the office from my cell and nobody answered . I waited and called later. the guy at the desk was uninterested and did not care. I am a lone traveling female.

Large, clean room with comfortable beds, and a good value for the price. However, the in-room "hot tub" was a bathtub with jets that had no control to turn them on, so it was just an oddly-shaped tub. Room door handle was broken. It could be opened with effort and was secure, but needs repair.

Bed was comfortable, good refrigerator, microwave, & TV.

It said it was a NO Smoking facility yet the whole room reeked of smoke and we found an empty cigarette box behind the mattress. Gave me a headache all night. I had to buy lysol to spray everything down to make it through the 2nd night. The room was clean but the smoke was embedded in the carpet, drapes, walls, .. everything. Makes me wonder how they did not see the cigarette box when changing out the linen?
