"Thank you for the friendly and accommodating staff at the office desk."

Our tub was slow to drain, but the positive energy and friendliness of the staff, was exceptional. We stay there about six times a year and the staff and price, continental breakfast is an excellent value.

The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good, however it would be nice to have had eggs even if they had been hard boiled.

We were disappointed that on Monday morning the juice machine was out of order.

The morning we checked out the front dest staff was so nice and friendly

I get there to check in and she said we booked a smoking room, I dont see anywhere in my reservation that we booked a smoking room. I have a 9 year old and I would rather not have that. She did offer to put the machine in there, but at this point it was 9 pm. She said she could not give us a different room. It was just awful. My daughter had a head ache waking up and we smelt bad leaving. Every year we go here when she has a competition, this might be our last year. And the TV in there scarred the living daylights out of me.
