The deal o was originally offered

I could have gotten to stay or got a full refund for not being able to stay due to my friend being a local.you need to put that on you website smh worst experience ever it ruined my friends bday and I will never stay with your hotel ever again and I have and will keep discouraging ppl to not stay there

I booked a non smoking room and was given a smoking room. They stated they did not have any non smoking rooms left. I asked for a refund to go to another hotel and they said they would not, that it was a Booking.com problem because booking.com booked a smoking room. Extremely poor customer service

"Hit and miss"

It was relatively clean, housekeeping left you alone and most of the staff was friendly. Clean linens.

Upon waking up on the first Morning we witnessed a guy how was on our vehicle rummaging around and stealing stuff. My partner caught him and chased him which he then gave our stuff back. The front desk agent saw the suspicious behavior of this man while on a smoke break but did nothing but give attitude because we were making a big deal of it. No cameras on front perimeter of the property. We called the cops and made a report. The hotel refused to do anything about the situation and got mad because "we got an attitude with her". Currently waiting for a phone call from corporate.
