"Disappointing - cost cutting at the expense of guest convenience!"

Extremely disappointing stay. During our two-night stay, we encountered multiple maintenance and service issues. The washroom door was broken, the air conditioning in one of our rooms wasn’t working, the room telephone was non-functional, and the shampoo and shower gel bottles were simply left on the floor instead of being properly placed. The restaurant offered very limited choices, especially for vegetarians and those looking for chicken options. The hotel also seemed reluctant to provide basic room amenities such as extra creamers for coffee. Even the coffee vending machine at reception was unavailable, which was disappointing. The only positive aspect of this hotel is its convenient location and would like for thank Kateryna on the reception for being warm and professional. Overall, this felt less like efficiency and more like excessive cost-cutting at the expense of guest comfort and service. I would not recommend staying here unless the management significantly improves its maintenance standards and guest experience.
