Cama cómoda, buena ducha y comunicación con el aeropuerto excelente.

El parking hay que pagarlo aparte y es bastante caro, las almohadas mejorables y en la habitación no hay ni una silla.

Upon arrival I was told I had no reservation. I showed my handwritten paperwork, and was told my info was not proof of a reservation. I had The booking number, etc. refrigerator was not working, called, got the same woman at check-in desk, she told me that it wasn’t a refrigerator. WHAT? Was not told my key had to be used to operate elevator. After trying with much hassle, I had to go back to desk, same young woman with no smile, no caring, tells me. Elevator was directly across from her. View was a cement wall. I had asked for a view, anything but a cement wall. The worst all around.

Stayed at Novotel Zurich Airport Messe for four nights during our Switzerland trip. The biggest advantage of this hotel is its location. It is very close to Zurich Airport and has a tram station right next to the property, making travel to the city centre and other destinations extremely convenient. Check-in was not very smooth and could have been better organized, although check-out was quick and hassle-free, and the overall stay was comfortable. However, I felt that the property was closer to a good three-star hotel than a four-star hotel. The lobby was relatively small, though well maintained. The rooms were clean but comparatively compact, and there was no proper wardrobe, which made storing clothes for a multi-day stay somewhat inconvenient. Service also had some limitations. Housekeeping was not available after 8 PM, and there was no room service or kitchen service after 10 PM. This can be challenging for guests arriving late or returning after a long day of sightseeing. The breakfast buffet was adequate with a reasonable selection, although the staff often appeared overworked and exhausted. Overall, I had a good stay and would recommend the hotel for its excellent connectivity and convenience, especially for travellers using public transport or flying in and out of Zurich. As a three-star property, I would rate it very highly. As a four-star hotel, however, I feel there is room for improvement in facilities and service.

Personal teilweise etwas überfordert an der Reception eher unfreundlich. Papier Rolle beim Parkplatz leer niemand reagiert Handseife im Zimmer leer. Restaurant hatte quasi keine Gäste aber wir haben uber 30 Minuten auf das Essen gewartet.
