"Chaotic breakfast, handy location."

It was clean, tidy and had a great location with the tram right outside. We were very appreciative of the little play area in the lobby, our girls loved playing and watching people come and go. Quick and easy to get to the airport too.

The breakfast at this hotel was incredibly chaotic and to be honest, an unenjoyable experience. For the amount of bedrooms, the breakfast area was absolutely nowhere near big enough- it was packed, people were pushing, banging into each other, clearing other people's tables so they could sit down, a lot of the food serving trays were empty and couldn't be refilled quick enough as per the demand, it was absolute chaos. The layout was also silly, no bowls near the cereal station, no glasses near the juice machine, so impractical and badly thought out. The second morning we went down earlier to miss the busy period which worked, however when we left a massive conference of people came down and it got hectic again. People were spilling out into the bar area and having to eat cooked food off little coffee tables. If the hotel is servicing hundreds of people a night, they realistically need at least double the space they currently have for food offering.
