Petit déjeuner très restreint et pas forcément qualitatif. Quartier mal fréquenté avec beaucoup de marginaux sous l'emprise de stupéfiants. Un partenariat avec un parking pour bénéficier de tarifs préférentiels serait apprécié

First off…ratings are subjective, I get that, but…I booked this hotel based on its ratings and reviews 2 months prior to my travel with my wife for a little romantic trip. Upon arrival I discovered the entire front of the building blocked with concrete barriers, scaffolding up the front and barricade tap everywhere and a crane. I was told upon arrival that I would need to use the rear ally door for the entire time of my 4 day/ 3 night stay …you know, the door surrounding by people/ kitchen staff smoking cigarettes and dope, garbage bins and garbage bags everywhere. NOT what I paid for. Second, for the 3 nights I stayed there, my room was serviced once…when my wife and I returned to our room to freshen up at 3:20 in the afternoon on day 3 after 6 hours out in the sun and heat…our bed had not had the linens changed, the wet towels had not been picked up/replaced,none of the room supplies had been replenished and when we notified the front desk..”Oh, our housekeepers go off at 4..but we can send up clean towels”…seriously?!. All of this can be yours for just shy of $1000.00. Had I been notified at any point in the 2 months prior my arrival that construction was being done on the front of the hotel, I would have changed hotels. IT IS NOT ACCEPTABLE TO HAVE GUESTS USING THE DIRTY BACK ALLY ACCESS AND WALKING THROUGH THE STAFF ACCESS HALLWAYS TO GET TO THE FRONT DESK & ELEVATORS AND BILLING FULL PRICE $1000.00

Emplacement , propreté, grandeur des chambres, salle de bains etc.

Le buffet déjeuner très ordinaire .

Good hotel. Enjoyed our stay. Bit of a walk to everything. We didn't mind but there are some very steep hills to negotiate. We mastered the bus system after a day or two to get into the old town.

Lot of roadwork going on directly outside front of hotel. Not the fault of the hotel but it was a bit inconvenient. Breakfast could be improved. Need more monitoring of what is put out. The milk had gone off and hadn't been picked up by the staff.
