The White Horse

We were attending a family wedding locally and requested an early check in so we could get to the wedding in time, the staff were only to happy to help.

Comfortable room and bed, excellent dinner. Not cheap but one of the best places to say just outside of Hertford.

Bedroom door a bit sticky, but a minot issue.

Hotel staff were very welcoming and attentive. Charlotte and her team made me feel very welcome and the Full English breakfast was very enjoyable.

The staff were friendly and it was nice to stay there, a little expensive but I would stay there again.

Pillows were either two big or two small, something in between would have given me a better sleep, bed was comfortable though.

Debbie and the staff at the Whitehorse are all amazing , very helpful and friendly. The room was perfect and the breakfast was lovely. ☺️

Location in a lovely quiet village. Comfortable bed, generally good facilities. Staff very helpful with necessary early check-in. Breakfast good, served well in pleasant surroundings.

Nothing really. Earlier start to breakfast (say 8am?) might make it more convenient for some travellers.

Breakfast could have been included in the price - no cereals etc. or juice - had to pay more for these. Bedroom en-suite very cold and needed freshening up,
