Casa Viento Stay Inn

The atmosphere was the exact level of “normal everyday Japanese life” that I was looking for. Different from a hotel in all the best ways.

That I couldn’t stay longer

There is no elevator. We need to walk 5th floor without elevator. And hot water was not getting properly.

Facilities provided are not good for stay

Dirty appartement with cockroaches. Had to relocate. Nice view tho and very close to train station.

Do not have elevator for 5th floor. Curtain shower too short! The room is old. Need some reform. Three is no identification for shampoo and conditioner and body soap.

Good location, near the train, tram, bus stations, stores, restaurants, easy access and convenient.

What was mentioned in the listing wasn’t true. Firstly, It was a two bedroom apartment with thin film screens separating the rooms. So no privacy and uncomfortable. Secondly, not clean, dusty and stuffy. Thirdly, the washing machine, cookware, utensils, kitchen appliances were not available. So the first night we had a problem and were unable make any food and do any laundry even though these were on the listing. On the second night the host sent a representative who came and tried to rectify the situation. He was friendly and helpful, So the stay was slightly better.
