Good location, handy to public transport, shops and restaurants

Room was shabby, kitchen area was not clean, 3 flights of narrow stairs to get to room

infested with cockroaches, not like the pictures and bad communication

I didn’t it looked nothing like it was advertised, it was very small.

Everything, it was hard to find, it’s was small, and looked old.

The location near the train station was really good It seems to be a nice place if you want to stay few days and hang around with locals. There is a bar in the inn.

The room was not clean. Bad smell in the bathroom We never recieved instructions to check in or check out. But we managed with the staff there.

Close to the station, was useful as a place to get our heads down for a swift visit to Hiroshima while not spending a whole heap of time at our booked room

Bed was nicely made, but lots of dust in the room/apartment generally. Kitchen and kitchenware was quite old/not very good condition, we didn't feel comfortable using any of it. No kettle. Wallpaper/roof designs peeling, needed a bit of TLC. Balcony was incredibly dusty and had the air con units etc, so wasn't actually a balcony, but so dusty we didn't want to use it. Also very close to the road with no insulation, so you hear the road crossing noises a lot! The "city view" was more "in a city" than a particular view, so if that does matter to you, this doesn't meet that criteria (at least for our stay)

Near to JR station.

It is not a hostel, but little apartments. Very expensive extra fee when arriving for cleaning the room when we just spent one night. No basics to eat or drink: even if there was a kitchen and stuffs to cook, all was bad quality plastic- we tried to make a tea and the 'glass' melted instantly. When asked about useful ones, the answer was people didn't want to have real stuff because of covid (?) And give no solution. No space for baggage or anything more than us in the apartment (our apartment was the 404, and it was 3000¥ more expensive than our friends' apartment which had separated the room from the eating space, had at least a table and the bed wasn't 'just over the kitchen' as ours). The sheets didn't cover the entire surface of the bed.
