I don’t know how this property gets 5 stars. The facility is so old hotel staff is not friendly, there were long hair on the new towel and robe, mold all over the bathroom wall, and so loud music till midnight every day also the construction was so loud which we never knew they are under construction we would not choose this hotel if we knew.

I love The Hard Rock Hotel Pattaya. It was my 10th time staying at this property. The staff are super friendly and helpful and they are always in a great mood. The hotel has an amazing gym and the 24 hour room service food is excellent. The hotel is in a great location, just a few steps to the beach and the newly built beach walkway/sidewalk. Just an excellent experience overall. Highly recommend this hotel.

And the hotel is currently under construction which I did not know the hotel staff is excellent. The location is fantastic. However, I would not recommend staying there until the construction is complete.

Location is amazing. Staff very friendly and helpful. But the ongoing construction and renovations were a bummer. The noise was brutal. And it was only supposed to be during the hours of 10am to 5pm, but often it was well outside of those hours.

Despite the construction work, things were still reasonably quiet. Staff at the hotel were wonderful! Very pleasant and accommodating. I just wish I could have brought my kids there this trip. They would have loved it with the game rooms and pool area.
