The hotel is a classic but a little dated. The rooms were a little small too. It was just fun to say that I stayed at the Hard Rock.

Nice facility and helpful and willing staff. Dislikes: 1. Cheap paper like room slippers, a king that may be provided at 2 star hotel 2. Dark hallways and bathroom. Bathroom needs more lighting

I would give 5 stars for the hotel but some staff in the restaurant in the morning for buffet breakfast kinda treats foreigners better than I am as a Thai speaker. No one ask me what I would like to drink coffee or tea,they just ignored me and pay attention to both tables beside me instead. Well that kinda rude!! I’m stay at hard rock for 4-5 times this first time that not impressed

The people were great. The view out the window was horrible. It’s a view of a run down rat infested property. My view had a run down swimming pool that looked polluted with garbage. Everything else was great

I recommend the Hard Rock Hotel to anyone wanting a luxurious stay in paradise. Everything about the hotel had style. There seemed to be plenty of activities for kids and a beautiful pool bar for adults. I was always busy and well fed.

We started with a 3rd floor room and requested to upgrade to 10th Floor room. The newly remodeled 10th floor is fantastic. The elevators are too small for rush of people so there can be a wait. The breakfast buffet is amazing and fot New Years Eve... it was even better than expected. Looking forward to another visit after the remodeling. Rock On.
