Decent hotel but will need modernized soon. Good price, clean and comfortable.

This is my third time using this hotel and as usual everything was fine I got the same room that I requested as it is in the courtyard and easily accessible and suit me fine I will definitely be back in the future when I am visiting Tonbridge again.

The hotel is like a slightly older lady who needs a bit of a make over. There were a few ‘niggly’ problems with the room eg dripping shower, but it was clean, good breakfast and staff were very obliging and friendly. I would stay again.

I was in a room in the old part of the hotel it had a lot of character was clean with a walk in shower. Staff were pleasant and friendly, location was great and the lowest price for a room in Tonbridge. I would stay there again.

Very comfortable. Only complaint is the number of stairs to get to the rooms caring luggage. Not suitable for the elderly even if not carrying luggage.

After arriving was put in room and was told it was quiet how wrong. Door being slammed late at night and early morning. I asked to be moved and then no hot water was told it would be an hour but know hot water from 7pm and all night and in the Morning.
