very kind and helpful personnel and specially the receptionist and the assistant in the garage the location is very good. near everything and in an interesting neighborhood the parking under the hotel very convenient(with charge) the lobby of the hotel spacy and the bar the breakfast was really good (there was everything a normal person nèeds) and the waiters there very caring! the air condition in the room was adjustable

no erlectric socket by the bed (room 512) not enough hangers in the closet not bedside light for the left side (only one) not enough water pressure for the shower
