Accueil correct, literie excellente et possibilité de garer sa voiture au garage

Salle de bain grande, mais non fonctionnelle car impossibilité à déposer ses affaires … immense salle pour le petit déjeuner extrêmement sonore et froide … établissement globalement très sonore : les bruits des voisins viennent à l’oreille trop facilement !

Staff were friendly at reception.

Dirty smell in hallways and in the room with mouldy floor smells. Dark and dingy. Breakfast food was cheap and awful qualty. We had booked 5 nights and when arrived, cancelled within hours but had a penaty to pay even thoughh the hotel was awful.

La localització molt aprop del centre i fora de la zona ZTL. Personal molt amable tant a la Recepció com al Restaurant per l' esmorzar. Esmorzar variat. Habitació còmoda i bon funcionament de l' aire acond.

Podrien deixar aigua filtrada gratuïtament cada dia. Alguns moments es sentia soroll del carrer, però no gaire.

We loved that it had private paid parking in the garage below which made coming and going much easier. This is a nice hotel with kind staff, a very good buffet breakfast that is well attended and it is very close to the historic part of town so it’s walkable. This city has everything you could want from sightseeing, to fine dining to lots of shopping. We did take the time to drive to a few nearby towns but were happy we’d chosen Lecce as our base.
