SureStay by Best Western Salt Lake City Downtown

I love this hotel. I stay here every time I go to Salt Lake City. The staff is very friendly and very helpful. I asked for extra towels and they had no problem giving them to me. The man that helped me in the front was extremely nice. He helped me with a small issue I had and I thank you for your help! The best hotel for the money. Other hotels in the area for the same price are not as good as this hotel.

Yellow shower grip on floor of tub. Towel rail fell off bathroom wall. Breakfast was stale. Doors look like they had been chewed along the bottom or worn away by something

Very near a homeless shelter, toilet clogged, spots on bed and in bathtub

Location and good breakfast

TV didn't work, bathroom door was broken and didn't close all the way, bed wasn't made one day for some reason, noisy complex, I had to call security on the neighboring room.

Nothing

The location is a trash-strewn hellhole that is no where near downtown or the Convention Center. The front desk lied to us on numerous occasions about the location, whether the second reservation that was made was cancelled (it was), and whether we would receive a refund for the stay that did not take place. The only thing that was worse that this place was booking.com's customer service, which claims to be US-based but is actually in the Phillipines, including the escalation staff

Clean and quiet rooms.

My GPS kept routing us to the Best Western Plaza not the Best Western that had our reservation.

Gated access to parking lot. Breakfast.

Small dirty rooms. 2 beds jammed in a tiny room and jammed up against the ac on one side and the wall on the other. Small dirty bathroom. Foe a room foe 4 there was no where to put luggage or sit.
