close to everything down town. we loved our room.

Bed was comfortable and room was adequately sized. Access to motel rooms required entrance through a gate. Daily housekeeping which changed towels and provided amenities. Hot breakfast included scrambled eggs, sausage links, and breakfast potatoes as well as cold breakfast items, such as dry cereal, oatmeal, and pastries. This accommodation met my criteria for a budget motel of clean, safe, and comfortable.

Transient population in the area. Lighting in the room could be improved. Motel management requested that breakfast be enjoyed in the dining room and discouraged patrons from bringing items back to their motel room. Refrigerator in the room needed to be defrosted and did not cool items very well.

We had a quiet stay. The staff was helpful, and the breakfast each morning provided convenience and variety. The outdoor pool was not operational, but the website did advise that it was "seasonal".

The staff was very helpful and friendly. Parking is secured, and there are plenty of spaces even if it's no vacancy. The breakfast goes until 9 am, and there is plenty of food which is nice as most hotels end earlier or run of food if you dont get there when they open from my experience. We thought our hot water wasn't working, so we called the front desk and let them know what was going on and told them we were in a rush. They sent someone within 2 minutes, and it ended up being we didn't know how to use the bath faucet correctly. The lady was very kind and showed us.

The bathroom smelled like feet, but it went away after we ran some hot water. The eggs were a bit rubbery and dry.

The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. The area around the hotel was a bit rough with a homeless person sleeping in front of the hotel, but I appreciated the gated parking
