Great location and price for overnight stay ahead of international flight from Heathrow. Restaurant and bar nice. Good parking. Easy checkout.

Cost to pay to park, and prices for food and drink in restaurant/bar, but on par with other airport hotels. Unfortunately now in Ulez zone, so also need to pay to enter this zone, unless car is exempt, even if just dropping off!

Room size fine for short stay and position of hotel great for airport

Not a great selection of food for breakfast and nothing for gluten free intolerant people. Staff in restaurant and on bar i find serve their own ethnicity before other people even if it is your turn or asking for a service. No telephone in room so you have what’s app not good for people who do not own a mobile phone or tablet. After travelling 26 hrs and extremely tired wanting a shower and no towels told to come to reception and pick them up. hang on I have paid to stay here is it not your job to bring them to room or am I being unreasonable

Left, there was no one to assist bags and check in staff clearly seen that I had a lot of luggage and still put me in a top floor and give zero direction on how to there, luckily I had been there before and knew there was a left, but then again I still winded up taking the wrong side, and she still didn’t point me to the right. Luckily one of your cleaner pointed me to the right direction and even help me get there, was sad that I didn’t get a chance to tip him.
