Excellent facility once I found it

I understand there are 3 ibis hotels in the same road . It would have been helpful to know this as I got off the bus at a different ibis hotel with three heavy bags so then had to get on a bus again with three heavy bags for 3 bus stops . A simple message on the welcome email to warn customers would have avoided this . Great stay though thank you

Typical Ibis, you know what to expect. Picking son up from airport, location spot on as on HotelHopper route so didn't get ripped off at Heathrow for pickup.
